Security Team:
Secure the premises and personnel by patrolling the perimeter of the building to ensure no theft or vandalism. De-escalate any potentially violent situation. Escort disorderly guests from the building and contact police as necessary
Setup Crew:
Set up tables, chairs, desks, etc. according to the provided layout.
Cleanup Crew:
Sanitize & put away all tables, chairs, and desks. Sweep floors, mop up spills, and empty trash cans.
Registration Team:
Use the Breeze Check-in app to check-in clients who have pre-registered. Provide pre-registered intake forms to clients who didn't pre-register.
Ambassador:
Direct guests from station to station. Answer general questions; Collect completed medical forms, copy forms and provide them to the data entry team.
Data Entry Team:
Enter data from intake/medical forms into the online database.
Medical Volunteer (Doctor, Nurse, CNA):
Licensed Medical Professional. See clients and perform requested screenings. Answer questions and provide advice regarding areas of concern. Complete medical form and provide to Ambassador.
Spiritual Counselor (Pastors, Chaplains, Elders, Bible Workers):
Spiritual counselors will check on the spiritual health of clients. They will prayerfully guide clients through questions of the soul. As opportunity presents they may pray, arrange bible studies, or future spiritual counseling sessions.
Mental Health Counselor:
Licensed therapist / mental health counselor. Provide recommendations to clients for improving their mental health outlook.
